CÔTES-DU-RHÔNE VILLAGES WITH NAME OF COMMUNE: VARIED PROFILES

If the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages with mention of the name of the commune have the same types of soils as the Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages classiques, their specifications are even more strict as regards to the yields. Here they peak at 40 hl / ha. They are divided into three departments (4 in the Drôme, 9 in the Vauduse and 4 in the Gard). These villages are located on a variety of terroirs and produce wines of great diversity. You will find success stories in the northeast sector, particularly at Rousset-les-Vignes

The Drôme gave him everything

Jean T'Kint is a Belgian industrialist specialized in high technology. A great wine lover, he dreamed of having a vineyard. In 2011, he bought the estate of LA BANATE in Rousset-les-Vignes, in Drôme. Upon arrival, he increases the leaf area of the vineyard planted at 340 meters above sea level in order to obtain beautiful ripeness. Vinification favors soft extractions and a moderate use of sulfite. Its wines are elegant, intense, with a lot of naturalness. A real favorite. RP

Industrialist, Jean T'Kint has realized his dream: Become a winemaker.

This cuvee is masterly, sculpted deeply with relief and silk, sap and a beautiful spine with clean and pure fruit. A wine carried by the richness of the year and a beautiful energy. Nice discovery.
