




Conservation and consumption
The wines of the Domaine de la Banate are «living», they are mature 2 to 10 years after their harvest. They are stored away from light, in a cool place between 8 ° C and 14 ° C. The red one are best appreciated at a temperature between 16 ° C and 18 ° C. A "tulip" glass will allow to enjoy at the best of all its flavors. Both rosés are at its best at a temperature between 2° C and 6° C. According to your experience and your tastes, the red wines of LA BANATE can be improved by a little aeration (passage in carafe) before tasting. The wines of LA BANATE are very few filtered, they can present a natural deposit in the bottom of the bottle.
